The Sigma 70mm Macro Art is supposed to work that way.

The Canon "big white" lenses from the 2000's like the EF 200mm f/1.8 are focus by wire, and they have a 3 position speed selector when in manual focus mode.

An application that was ahead of its time, too bad the AF motor wasn't really durable enough and of course no longer available.

The latest revision of the big white Canon lenses are focus by wire again (EF 600mm f/4 III).

The RF mount lenses are apparently focus by wire too.
