To be honest, I hove stopped looking for these strange lines. They aren’t visible unless I zoom in enormously, and I can’t see them when I print. Next time I fire up Lightroom I’ll check to see if they’re still there.

With that said, the strange lines never showed using Luminar of Capture One. If they’re bothering you, choose the image that you want and open and edit it within one of those programs; when you’re done export a tiff of that image back to Lightroom.
