I've gotten a good picture with every different focal length lens I've used. I want all the focal lengths available, but I don't want to walk around carrying all of them. If I was rich, I'd hire an assistant to carry 6 or 7 primes and an extra body.

I have a choice, right now, of 16, 18, 17-35, 21, 28, 35, 50, 50-135, 55, 80-200, 85, 100, 135, 180, and 300mm lenses. But... I carry the 2 or 3 lenses that I guess in advance will be useful for subjects I may encounter. Often, I guess wrong. Oh well...try again.

Having read that collection of lenses, a Sherpa, somewhere, is calling out in a bar "Somebody hold my ghee"
