You raise on conundrum - which only you can resolve.

Your gear list is unlikely to be up-to-date as the 70-200 is not included - and you only show DX bodies. You also show a very wide range consumer grade zoom going to 300mm.

Staying Nikon below a 70-200 f2.8 you have the choice of the pro grade 70-200 f4 which is relatively expensive or the a bit less than pro grade FX P 70-300 which is extremely good at the price point .

With the bodies you list there is unlikely to be much image resolution difference at your main shooting aperture of f8 between your 70-200 f2.8 and the 70-300 FX P.

Yh don’t know how to update gear list. 
i have D500+500mm PF, Z6 +24-70mm f/4. 16-35mm f/4, 20mm 1.8g and 70-200mm FL
