You can’t keep dust from entering the body, regardless of how careful you are. Unless you limit lens changing to a dust free environment, and a nylon bag is not dust free, it will happen. All mirrorless cameras are vulnerable to dust getting on the sensor.

I have found that for minor spots, the built in cleaning option can work. One or two cycles is often all I have to do. If that doesn’t work, a simple blower can usually dislodge dust. Canned air and/or cleaning solutions are other options you have available if needed.

It's a common nuisance, and one easily dealt with.
