If you can get the camera stored somewhere where the temp is the same or warmer than the outside air, condensation will not form when you expose it to the outside air. Depending on where you live (safety) I might be tempted to leave it sealed in my car for a shoot the next morning. If that's not something that's comfortable for you, or you do it a lot, you may want to find a small box of some kind that  you can put a low wattage heating device in to keep it 85-100 degrees so the camera would be ready to go when you went outside. Ideally some kind of thermostatically controlled heat source, but even and old fashioned incandescent night light may work.
