Purchasing a R6 and very confused about cards and lenses

Sarah, in contrast to the R5, the R6 uses two SD-card slots...

...both of which are the faster UHS-II type.. While the non-UHS-II cards will work in your camera, they're significantly slower than UHS-II cards, which are still MUCH slower than the CFexpress cards your camera does NOT use but the R5 does.

I suggest you buy two type-UHS-II cards that are included in the first section of this article...

Also it's my OPINION that if you don't already own an EF-type lens of the length you want, buy the RF version and get higher quality and the convenience of not having to use a lens adapter.. That's certainly what I'm doing with my R5.
