In camera raw processing... im using it
5

For years I have not.  I always have RAW files and convert them using software at home.... however, I've taken one or two pictures here and there and processed them using the in camera software mostly to show people how the shadows won't be so dark when I'm done with them. I got proficient with it and all of the different settings unintentionally.

Then the other week I did a real estate photo shoot and I was noticing that I wasn't getting the amount of pop/contrast out of wood and some weird color chairs they had with certain lighting adjustments... I didn't bring enough lighting to compensate for TONS of natural light in a huge open room.

So after wasting all that time I went back to the camera and I processed the RAWs right there (custom white balance, exposure compensation, custom sharpness/clarity/saturation/contrast)... omg, PERFECT (for real estate). I used them and client was happy.

Anybody else care to admit they have found a use for in camera nef processing?
