I know it is a bit late but better too late than never.

Check those links:
https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/151-pentax-k-30-k-50/385045-manual-solenoid-replacement-pentax-k30-discharge-flash-condenser-solenoid-choice.html

and why by no means this ebay solenoid for little money:

https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/53-pentax-dslr-camera-articles/389194-little-bit-history-development-solenoid-pentax-cameras.html

One has to either find a donor camera (istD/DL; K100/110/200D; Km; Kx; Kr; K10/20D*)
the last two only have 1 solenoid, the others have 2.

Or buy it from ebay.com (recovered from Kx), which can mean tax and duty for countries outside the USA (EU for example, in Germany we pay 19% VAT on the salesprice AND on the shipping costs)

In Germany there is a guy in Saarbrücken selling the white Japan solenoid on a platform called ebay-Kleinanzeigen:

I purchase from him, what I got was actually a NOS (New Old Stock) solenoid plus some even more detailed tutorials and templates for all the screws.

For the K30 he has the tutorial in Englisch, don't know about the K70.
