raw built-in lens correction for linux/python

I have a panasonic S1 with Lumix S 24-105mm lens.

As far as I know the only program that correctly perform the lens correction is lightroom.

I tested darkroom and rawtherapee but they do not support the camera/lens I have and rawtherapee even applied a wrong aberration correction.

the LCP (lens correction profile) for such camera/lens is not available, it shouldn't be necessary because the rw2 contains the profile in the raw. But I don't find any program on linux to do that.

Ideally, I would like to find a command line (on linux) or a python library that reads and correct the raw from the built-in profile.

Panasonic S1
