Ways to achieve this look?
2

I recently rewatched The Terminator. About halfway through there's a scene where Schwarzenegger's repairing his arm:

All rights belong to their respective owners - this still falls under fair use.

To me it looks like a Kilfitt / Zoomar Makro-Kilar 90/2.8 was used in the shot, or at least that's the only way I know of to get that look.  It'd be fun to try to use this effect but I can't quite justify splurging on a Makro-Kilar for it...

Are there other ways to achieve this look, or any other lenses that exhibit this behavior that might be more accessible?
