Looking for a new tripod for landscape photography

Hi there, I do mainly landscape photography and I'm looking for some advice on a new tripod. I currently have a cheap Manfrotto but I'm looking for something better.

My main problem with this tripod is the ball head which is difficult to adjust precisely and the legs which are a bit thin and unstable. It's also not tall enough without extending the center column so something that would reach up to eye level would be better - I'm around 6'2. I also want the option to be able to add spikes to the feet too.

My budget is around £100~£150 ($129~$193).

I also have this separate panoramic head that I'd like to continue using:

Thanks for any suggestions.
