Little white specs on black background in long exposure?

Hi,

Just noticed these white specs that show up in my long exposure captures, brand new 6d mk2 and brand new 100mm f2.8l macro lens.

I installed a really old 28-80 lens and it looks like they show up there as well. The darker images are from 28-80 lens, and the brighter ones made with 100mm macro.

Is this an indicator of a bad camera sensor or something else?

Thanks!
