Continuous shooting: M6mk2 vs R6

EOS M6 mk2

EOS R6

According to Canon user's manual, continuous shooting speed varies from case to case. Basically, M6 mk2 supports 14 fps while R6 12 fps at high speed plus mode. Furthermore, R6 manual include a list of EF/EFS lenses that support the maximum speed. Unfortunately, my old EF 24-105L and 17-40L are not in the list. However, I cannot find such mention for M6 mk2.

So, can I expect that old but fast lenses such as EF 135L performs almost two times faster with M6 mk2 than with R6?

How about electronic shutter case?
M6 mk2 has both mechanical and electronic shutter, but not EFS, right?
