We've all quite rightly highlighted companies where we've experienced poor customer service or have not lived up to their warranty. I'd like to share my amazing experience with Peak Design.

The zipper on my Peak Design 10L sling (version 1) bag broke yesterday morning while taking pictures on a Lake Ontario beach. Last night I made a warranty claim via PD's website and almost immediately I was contacted by a PD rep. ON A SUNDAY NIGHT! He apologized for the product failure and assured me that they would help me out. These were not automated responses. This morning I woke up to find an email from him stating that a new version 2 bag would be sent to me ASAP.

Peak Design products are not cheap but this experience has convinced me to buy their stuff the next time I am in the market for a bag.
