Assuming we are talking about general stills photography and not 4K video,

Get the M6II if you are satisfied with the results that it can provide with the 1.4 APSC primes by Sigma/Canon (almost equivalent to using FF f/2 primes with RP). I say almost as the f1.4 primes are f2.2 equivalent and they don’t take into account the extra lens compression in FF that accentuates any DOF difference. This is likely the most “performance” you can ever get out of the EFM. Do note that the body nor the primes have IS. The benefit of going this option is saving some $ and it’s a smaller package.

If you need more performance or flexibility than that, get the RP. With the RF system, you can have a low cost prime option with the FF f1.8/2 primes with IS that slightly exceeds the M6II combination. Also, you get the option to use the amazing f4 and f2.8 zooms as well as the f1.4 and f1.2 primes.
