Any Repair Shop Specializes in Bellow Cameras?

I got my Konishiroku (Known as Konica later) Pearl IV.  It is a delight to shoot bellow camera (a very small 6x4.5 rangefinder folder), and the photos came out of it look marvelous, except the bellow has light leak.  I tried to get it fixed, but looks like nobody had the bellow, so I fixed it myself with assistance of the Internet (I put some liquid electric tape around the dozens of pinhole-sized leaks).  After a few days, voila, no leaks I can detect.

It seems I just have no luck with this camera, as now it has a second issue..., the shutter mechanism is now faulty!  The shutter sometimes will stuck and sometimes the double-exposure prevention mechanism would stop working, which is linked to auto-stop of the film counter (the whole point of getting this expensive model instead of Pearl III).

I really need to find a reputable film repair shop that knows how to fix bellow.  The people around me they don't know anything about bellow cameras.  If possible, I think I need to have the bellow replaced as the inner fabric later is bound to disintegrate sooner or later (should be replaced by some more durable synthetic bellow).

Anybody knows any repair shop who can do this (Konica specialist preferred, but not required, as this time of age, it's hard to find a film camera repair person nowadays).
