Accident shows the power of G9's dual IS

Today at about 9AM my wife told me there was a hawk sitting on our deck's rail.

I grabbed my camera.  The first few pictures I shot, at 140mm (the 14-140mm was on the camera) were at f/8  (it was in Aperture priority) at 1/8 second!

Here's a full image and crop of another 1/8 second exposure:

After this I noticed, raised the ISO to 1000, set it to silent mode, and changed from A to P.

Last shot just before it flew away:

Silent mode, ISO 1000.

All developed from raw, set to Cloudy white balance (because it was cloudy).
