since you only need three lenses, it's really a comparison between just those focal lengths.

you'd want to include 3rd-party options where applicable of course.

one of the biggest differences between e-mount vs. z-mount is that nikon uses slow stepper motors in their lenses, while sony has moved on to a couple of different linear af motors... the 3rd-party lenses will not be using electromagnetic focusing either, but they might be lighter and/or smaller.

that is important for sports, wildlife, kids in motion, running dogs, etc.
