In the original ( before I finally edited it ) the damselfly went almost off screen due to the strong wind moving the branch it is on. I cropped this part out and then found the clip was too short, so I stretched the timeline on the clip to make it last longer. This has resulted on a jerky movement ( repeat frames etc ). I have redone edit it without removing the piece of clip and let the clip play at it normal speed ( 30 fps ).

If it was possible to see the miss-timing between left and right , I'm sure motion blur would help to make it less noticeable on fast moving action.
