Why would anyone want to replicate a scenario that they never encounter...

I'm a heavy GR user sometimes but never encountered an overheating scenario even at the beach and hiking in summer.

I've processed images in camera until the battery went flat and no overheating.

I've blasted through batteries but no problem. my photography has slowed down somewhat lately for the better i think.
