The X-E3 ended my interest in a RX100. I think it’s still a terrific little camera and the perfect alternative when you want a lighter, smaller option to complement one of the larger X-T bodies. My 80mm macro or the 16-55 tend to live on my X-T4, so the X-E3 gets a lot of use with either a small prime or the 18-55 for family snaps and as a walk around camera. Image quality is superb and it’s still pretty responsive, on the same level as the X-T2 or X-pro2 which are still widely used and liked in the Fuji community. The EVF is perfectly fine as far as I’m concerned. Truly one of the gems of the Fuji line and I hope you really enjoy it.

That's pretty well my take too. My XE3 is a great do-it-all camera when with the family (and with the 18-55 bolted on to it). My XT4 is for more series and sports work and I do have a Sony RX100M4 for skiing as it truly fits into a pocket unnoticed.

Let's put the XE3 like this. Were mine to cease working today, I'd buy another in a flash.
