Best rugged HDD For backups (while traveling)

I'm looking at three possible options (open to more)... only need 2TB for the purpose of backup while traveling.

Options I've looked at are:

* Lacie 2TB rugged drive (USB-C model)

* G.Drive (probably something in the 1TB or 2TB model)

* WD Passport Ultra (2TB) -- not really a rugged drive, but more durable than the EAsyStore and regular Passport.

(I'm avoiding anything Toshiba and Seagate branded as in the past, I've had the most problems with those drives and have had to repair countless laptops with those branded drives installed.  That was about 20 years ago but still enough that I won't use them.)

I think Lacie and G.TEchnology are the two that come up the most in terms of rugged HDDs and both have decent reviews.  Mainly concerned about reliability (obviously, as it's a backup for travel) and durability (ie. ability to take small bumps and drops, say if my laptop bag falls off a chair or something).

Recommendations?
