My results concur with Karl-FR on the 14-30 with ND and polarizers.

If you are going to shoot waterfalls, I strongly recommend using a polarizer as it reduces reflections on both the water and the foliage for deep rich foliage colour and also brings out the colour of the water. You can get a dark polarizer from Breakthrough and can select standard, 3 stop or 6 stop varieties.
