Let's compare shutter speed for different apertures.

How about we compare shutter speed for f 4.0, 3.5, 2.8, 2.0 and 1.4 shot at the same light condition at ISO 800. I started this thread because I think this will be helpful to many people deciding to buy fast lens, by seeing this they can decide how far they can go to buy the lens they think which is fast enough for them. I love that how active and helpful the folks here are so please test and post the shutter speed for those aperture values.

Please test in one (or more if you love to) of the following light conditions. Indoor daytime, Indoor night time and outdoor evening.

If you don't have lenses for some of those apertures, it's still ok. Please participate by testing and posting with the lenses you have. For me, 3.5 is the widest I have and here is my report

Light Condition - Indoor daytime (ISO 800)

f 4.0 - 1/85

f 3.5 - 1/110
