Re: OT: New MindShift Rotation backpacks

I considered the Mindshift rotation for international business travel (I wanted a carry on that could double as my around the city camera pack for free days.).  The more I thought about it the less I found the rotation aspect all that useful.  How often would I be rotating or packing my camera for easy access on a given walk or hike?  And was the space useful in the instance I wasn’t packing a camera?  Instead, I went with the Ultralight dual.

As to the size, 50L is really big. Still, it will likely fit in an overhead compartment without much trouble or objection.  I have a 50L Osprey pack that I took to Spain a few times last year with no issues in the overhead.  34L is really roomy, though.  Certainly enough for several days of travel + photos.
