Video settings bitrate/fps question

my question is regarding to the video settings fps/bitrate.

I'm not sure which settings suit me best,

I shoot videos of nature, macro and family.
I play the video's on my computer and iPad and I stream from the computer to Chromecast to my TV

Editing software:
I use Davinci Resolve but mostly for selecting multiple clips and trimming and add some fade effect at the beginning and end, and speed up and slowdown some clips no big deal.

As I don't seriously edit my video's like change colors or cropping.
I think the best setting for me is setting 1:

Setting 1

  • MP4
  • 1920x1080
  • bitrate 28 Mbps
  • framerate 60 fps

Setting 2:

  • [MP4 (LPCM)], [MOV]
  • 1920x1080
  • bitrate 200 Mbps
  • framerate 60 fps

and there are lot more settings on my Panasonic FZ2000/FZ2500

can i see these 2 different settings as how photos work:
Setting 1 is JPG and Setting 2 is RAW?

What could be a reason to use Setting 2?
