Olympus FL 600R or Godox tt350 o for macro.

Still new at macro. But enjoying the added dimension to my nature photography.
Have found this forum useful in helping me choose what gear I need, Thanks.
I got an Olympus ST F 8 twin flash to use with my EM1m3 and mz60mm f2.8 macro
This is working well and will be my main macro set up.
However my main interest is birds and for that I use an mz 300mm f4 Pro lens. This lens can take insects from 3 foot and is near macro. I want to have a flash gun for when I need to do this.
I can get the Olympus 600R used for £150 or a new Godox tt350 o for half that. Both are TTL when on the camera. So on there own it's a no brainer.
But the Olympus can communicate with the ST F8 using the RC mode and this may be useful later. The FL 600R also has a video light for focussing and this may well be useful for focussing in wooded areas. I also thing the FL 600R has a minus 7 degree position which the Godox doesn't. Is that a useful feature when doing macro with a 300mm lens?
Can't decide. Any thoughts or other options?
Thanks in anticipation.
