I create Certificates of Authenticity for photographs. They are laid out in Photoshop as a layered file, have a small image of the photo, text, etc. They are saved to the folder where the photo they are related to lives, and then printed in Lightroom. I’ve created a master, generic, template for these so that as new CoA’s are needed I can use the template and save-as with appropriate name.

Yeah, I can do that in photoshop, but it's still a manual labour, because there is nothing fixed in my templates. All text and the image are dynamic and I'd have to change 4-5 details to over 400 artworks. On the other hand, I have much more flexibility in Photoshop, but a way much manual work.
