If your budget is limited, the D600 is a viable option. Learn how to clean the sensor if necessary.

Other highly rated cameras are not immune to this issue.

There is some evidence that the oil spot issue diminishes as the shutter count goes up. Depending on your shooting style and post processing, oil spots may not be noticeable. However, some people are just spooked of the possibility that any such problem might be lurking.

The D600 autofocus in dim light is not really great though.
