Looking at your large picture.... it looks good to me ......

But If I were you ..... I would go to ISO 400 Av use a tripod ..... and shoot JPG/ Raw so you can tweet the picture   

Keep trying .................. the moon is sometimes the hardest to do ..... and I like your picture  :))))
