In-camera panorama feature of Panasonic is defaulted to jpg, using video technology such that the height of the frame is fixed to 1920 pixel...

Due to the limitation of the in-camera Panorama: jpg only, limited on height, hit and miss, easier to have motion artifact etc, I prefer to stitch multiple shots by the free ICE in PP.

B&W? Had you apply filter effect to it? What was your Photo Style in used?

Thanks Alcelc

I'm using Affinity Photo and it's quite good. A one time buy which is better than subscription to PS.

The Panorama within Lumix G7 is absolutely fantastic...seamless stitching done automatically in the camera, but as you said, it defaults to Jpeg. I haven't figured out why it defaulted to B&W yet but will investigate further.

To get RAW Colour shots for making a panorama, I took 3 single shots, moving camera on tripod from left > right, with a slight overlap for each shot.

I then used the Panorama function within Affinity Photo to stitch them into one wide panorama, and then subsequently did adjustments to colour etc. The Panorama function in Affinity Photo is great, seamlessly stitching automatically. I just needed to crop a bit to get neat border.

The resulting photo is in my Gallery here in the forum if you want to see it. As it's my first time here, I don't know if there's another way to view the shot.

It's just a street but was good for the experiment.

Cheers...
