X-Pro2 with 35mm f2 WR because I'm biased.

I don't care what people say but the XF 23mm f2 R WR is plenty sharp so no need to replace it with the X100V. I used it at my wedding and the detail it resolves is just great. The OOF is perfect as I really didn't want to overdo it. The portraits are plenty sharp (Sometimes too sharp). I have the graphite version though so not sure if it had anything to do with the QA.

The 35mm f2 WR is a great lens. Sharper than the 1.4 at the centre (minus the corners because of the correction). Highly recommended if corner sharpness is not an absolute priority.

The only reason I would get the X100V is the AF or if you want the smaller size.
Also, Paulo is right. X100V is not really a back-up.

p.s. I have the X-pro2 and X-T1 as a backup.
