How do you sharpen?

I taught that this would be an interesting topic for photographers using x-trans sensors. I use the USM tool with a technique called large Amount sharpening. That is I set the amount to 100% and vary the radius. I usually leave threshold at 0.

I'm processing in Photoshop after converting in ACR where I disable sharpening and noise reduction choosing to do both selectively as needed in Photoshop. The amount I sharpen depends on the lens I use and the amount I crop. Before cropping I step interpolate to maintain as much detail as possible. On my laptop that dose not have as fast a processor as my desktop and has a decent video card I'll sometimes use ACR enhance details if I'm going to crop. I get about the same results ether way.

What do you do?
