Those are cute beautiful photographs I'm quite impressed what you're getting with it I just saw one for sale for 60 bucks those two photographs really tempt me

Its an old camera now but I really liked what I got from it. Almost looks a little film like. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that my 700D has, but I'm finding I'm not getting on with my 700D, preferred my 650D and the little 1000D. I'm looking at getting another 1000D and selling the newer camera until I decide what I want as a replacement.

Curious to know what about the 1000D do you like better than your more current camera?

Its smaller and lighter for starters and a lot more simplistic. Sharp well balanced images straight out of camera.

I am getting on better with the 700D now, still getting used to it. For two cameras that look identical I cant believe how different the 700D is to my old 650D.

I think the biggest things has been recognising that the 700D works better at higher ISO and likes quite a bit more light to get it to work well. I'm still not one hundred percent sold on its sharpness as yet. I still think the 650D was giving more detail and sharpness out of camera. I posted some recent test images on my blog here  with the 55-250 mounted on the camera.
