Little-known fact: the 10-18mm ultra-wide zoom works on full frame

I bought this initially for my APS-C. It's a very nicely built lens, that's unusually compact even by APS-C standards.  Expensive, but worth it.

After I got it I read a comment that it works on full frame, and it does. Take off the hood, and it can be used from about 12-17mm on my full frame A7RII without vignetting, and it's reasonably sharp right to the corners. I previously had a full frame Sigma 12-24mm lens (Mark 1) for full frame, and the Sony is considerably sharper in the border area and corners than the Sigma. In addition, it's insanely small for a full frame ultra-wide zoom.
