Difference between ALL-I video and Continuous Still Shots?

Anyone who would tell me the difference between shots from ALL-I video and continuous still shots?

For example, EOS R5 takes 8K video not only in ALL-I but also in RAW mode.

What benefits can we get from still shots in comparison to video?

Why is still photos able to be taken only at 20 fps with the electric shutter while video even at 120 fps?
