Is there a problem with DxO customer support forum?

Anybody else not able to get through to the DxO customer support forum? I have posts waiting to be approved going on four days now. I've even sent messages directly to a couple of their admins without any results. I'm not new to their forum so I don't understand why there's an approval loop. Very frustrating.

I can't get Viveza to open TIF files from either DxO Photolab 3 or Affinity. I get a message saying it doesn't recognize the TIF format. All the other Nik apps are fine. I submitted a question to DxO four days ago but it's in limbo somewhere.
