x100t, x-t1 or x100f for low light?

Hi everyone, new here. Was looking to buy one of these great fuji cameras, but can decide which one is best for low light/night street shoots? I was using before canon 400d 600d and 5d, and nikon d2x, always with one lens 35mm or 24 for crop. So i don't need other lens and 23mm on crop is perfect for me.

x100t is cheaper than x-t1 + 23 f2, but x-t1 + 23 f2 almost same price as x100f.

question 1: i heard what x-t1 is a little bit better in low light than x100t, is it true? (using 23mm f2 of course)

question 2: i know x100t and x100f has same lens, but newer sensor in x100f will give move low light performance, but is it really what much what deserve paying extra?
