GX8 has an articulating LCD screen, and so does OM-D EM-5. If I have to get an outdated GX8 for an articulating screen, I might as well look into OM-D EM-5 Mk ii to save money.

If RF form factor is no longer on your must need list, might also consider the G85.

IBIS: for both still and video (GX8 DUAL IS does not available on video).

You might also have a look on the vlogging centric G100 (http://www.photobyrichard.com/reviewbyrichard/panasonic-lumix-g100-g100-review/ ). But it has limited 4K recording time (similar to the capacity as a GF10 with latest built-in mic and audio of Panny), no IBIS (Lens OIS relied)...
