While there is a "complain" button on entries, and you can click it and state why, the host then needs to decide if the entry did not meet the rule set.

In some cases, it's obvious a rule was not met and in other's it's arguable.

As an example, I've had people want me to DQ a composite when I never stated composites were not allowed. In this case, I ignored the complaint. It may seem like I was not responding, but there is no easy button to dialog with the person who complained.

I've recently had a complaint about an entry with a watermark when I did not state "watermarks not allowed".

In my alphabet soup challenges I do mention leaving identifying watermarks out but in my second series, I did not add that rule, so I feel it would be a bit unfair to DQ. In hindsight, I wish I had added the requirement.
