Haven't been on DPReview in a while. I have the Tamron 24-70 G2 and use it on my D810. I found I had problems with VC if my shutter speed was 1/125. I usually avoid that speed or just turn off VC. With Covid I just haven't been out shooting in a while. I may get it out and try it with 1/125 and see if it jumps.

Interesting, good to know this. So your AF jumps when you have VC on with SS above 1/125?
Mine seems to be at any SS.

So this issue isn't too bothersome with you

I double checked it and it only moves slightly at 1/125 and VC on. No movement on any of the other SS. I don't use 1/125 with VC on because there seems to be a problem with VC working correctly at that shutter speed. Normally I would have VC turned off with any shutter speed above 1/100. So mine doesn't have the problem yours has.
