Win 10 File History Question

I am new to Windows. My PC consists of three local dives:
C: - System
D: - Data (documents, etc.)
F: Photos (LR library, loose photos, etc.)
When I set up File History I tried to specifically add D: and F:.
When I attempt a recovery, it only shows me that Windows, preselected, folders. If I go to the actual backup disk, in Explorer, and look under File History, drilling down past user name, computer name, etc. I can, in fact, see each of the drives, They have a small folder icon that appears to have two arrows on it. A right click offers a "copy" but no "restore" or any way to see the file as of various dates.
Any wisdom or comments appreciated. (I do have BackBlaze and Reflect, so not all is lost, but coming from Time Machine I would like to make as much use of this feature as possible.)
Many thanks!
