Full frame vs APSC for travelling

I am currently considering a change to a mirrorless system. I am focusing on a small travel setup with a superzoom and a fast portrait prime for stills and video. I see two options:

1) Sony a6000 kit is currently 500€, Tamron 18-200 520€, Sigma 56 1.4 400€, would be about 1600€.

2) Sony a7 is currently 670€, Sony 24-240 800€, Sony 85 1.8 550€, would be about 2000€.

I need your opinion on:

Do you know a similar competitive set from Nikon, Canon, Fuji etc.?

Is full frame worth the price and bulk with traveling in mind? Sigma 56 1.4 (equ. 85 2.1) and Sony 85 1.8 are close in background blurring.

There are newer, bulkier, more expensive models, of which I do not know whether they are worth the price and bulk. What do you think?
