Tamron 28-200 vs Sony 24-105 - what matters more?

I got the Tamron 28-200 as my general walk-around lens but trying to decide if this lens or the Sony 24-105 is the better buy. I had the Tamron 28-75 and missed the wide end, while a 24-70 2.8 is a bit too heavy for my liking to carry around all day. Pros for each:

Tamron 28-200:

Larger aperture throughout most the range that the Sony covers (2.8-4.5 from 28-105); larger aperture on wide end keeps me from pushing up the ISO indoors.

105-200mm on the wide end, although a small aperture, allows better candid photos.

Sony 24-105:

4mm wide end - really helps in tight indoor space, as well as for landscape shots. I never had a standard lens that covered the extra 4mm so I don't know how much I'd benefit from it (I do have a UWA lens, but I do not intend to carry an extra lens when using the Tamron or Sony).
