SLOW MP4 EXPORT FROM HITFILM EDITING SOFTWARE - RYZEN (way faster in the past)

Hello,

I don't know if you can help me

I'm encountering some trouble while exporting mp4 files from HITFILM software:
I usually work on 1080p30 mp4 files, I did not change my pc, my camera but even with a new faster SSD my export time (same video settings as before) it takes double the timeline time to export a simple H264 mp4 file, while a few months ago it needed half the time, so I'm now 4 time slower while exporting, and it's just 1080p! When i need 4k can be even worse.
For example 15min 1080p30 takes 30min to export while in the past 7/8min, I remember this because it was half the time of the video lenght, now double the time.

Don't know if newer AMD bios locked something like on Intel decreasing performance but I've tried reinstalling software, different gpu drivers, video codec, always slow. Low cpu usage also during the process, never been 100% but now I'm 20% at maximum, same for the GPU.

Tried to disable Energy saving settings, tried different overclock bios profile from the past, ram profiles. Nothing.. it takes around double the video lenght to export the file even without any filter or color grading applied.

Can you help me ?
