Lens unlock/lock should also power the camera on/off

I'm new to the Z system and know I'm not alone on this one.  Instead of having to turn the camera on, then see the lens warning, and then unlock the lens to shoot...  Why didn't Nikon integrate lens unlocking/lock with power ON and OFF?  I could really get used to picking up my camera, unlocking, and shooting.
It could be optional and/or over ridden by the other dial for lenses that don't have lens lock/unlock.
I also think the FTZ should have a few function buttons or a focusing ring on it.  As another option a much lighter version.  Don't get me started on how over priced it is, and I'm glad I got it for $49 this month.
