Changing SD Cards from UHS-I to UHS-II

I have a Nikon D500 which I use mainly for wild life and birds, mainly in flight.

I shoot in Raw using fairly long bursts at "full throttle", mostly with fast moving subjects.

In my primary slot I have a 64 GB Lexar XQD with a write speed of 400MB/s.

I have been using a SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-I in my second card slot. This has a write speed of 90MB/s

I am about to purchase additional cards and am not sure if the SanDisk Extreme Pro UHS-II with its 260 MB/s warrants quadruple the price.

I know that the UHS-II is compatible with the D500 but can the camera utilize the vastly increased write speed to enhance the camera performance ?

Will I notice any difference?
