R5 sensor read out is 1/60th of a second, if this is a valid test

Someone posted that if we take a picture of bright LED lighting with a fast shutter speed like 1/2000th we will see bands.  And we can divide 120 by the number of bands to get the sensor readout speed.  I am in the US so 120 hertz sounds right.

So does this mean for 16:9 the readout speed is faster? There would be only 1 1/2 bands.
