The choice of a super telephoto setup for Z6

Hey guys, I have little experience in telephoto so I might need some help to make a best decision.

So I want to try myself in animals pictures including birds. I have Z6 and I'm thinking of buying one of the super telephoto lenses but I do not know what would be the best option for me. I've done some research and here what I have found

1) FTZ+Teleconverter TC-20E III+ Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II

2) AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR

3) or maybe similar options form Sigma?

I know that teleconverter is going to stop down my lens and I will loose in sharpness, however it seems that it is less of a problem with mirrorless cameras. And looks like that TC-20E III works great with 70-200 2.8 VRII

200-500 looks like a decent zoom range but it is heavy and huge. 200-500 seems to be less universal lens while I will be able to get best quality shots with just 70-200 without teleconverter for regular zoom purposes

Could you please comment on that?

Thank you very much!
